Foundation

A high-conversion website, built in one focused sprint.

Strategy, copy, design, and engineering run in parallel from week one. We embed with one decision-maker, ship a live build every Friday, and hand over the keys when the site converts. No committees, no drawn-out reviews, no agencies subcontracting to other agencies. Two to four weeks from kickoff to a production-ready site you actually own — code, content, and the analytics to prove it works.

Our toolkit

The tools we actually ship with.

No NDA-locked black boxes, no in-house framework you'll regret. We pick best-in-class tools your team can hire for, learn fast, and own outright.

How it works

Every Foundation sprint follows four phases — discover, build, hand over, then calibrate. Same cadence, same artifacts, every engagement.

  1. Step 1

    We map the leaks

Three days, three artifacts: a friction map of every drop-off, a quantitative read on what's actually being measured, and a ranked list of hypotheses we'll test in the build.

You see the problem in detail before we propose a single pixel.

  2. Step 2

One focused sprint, one real site

Strategy, copy, design, and engineering happen in parallel — not in handoff. You get a production-ready site in 2–4 weeks: brand-aligned, performance-tuned, instrumented from day one.

We embed with one decision-maker. Working build every Friday, written plan every Monday, no committee feedback in between.

We only call it done when the site converts — not when the design is approved.

  3. Step 3

You own it, we stay close

Full code repo, analytics dashboards, and 30 days of aftercare. Your team ships updates from day one — we stay on call when it matters.

No vendor lock-in. No retainer trap. The site is yours the moment we hand over the keys.

  4. Step 4

    We iterate on what works

After launch the work isn't finished — it's calibrated.

Every month we read the analytics, watch session replays, and pressure-test the funnel. Small, evidence-led changes ship continuously: copy tweaks, layout sharpening, conversion experiments.

Never redesigns for redesign's sake. Each quarter the site converts a little better than the last — without ever feeling rebuilt.

Four phases. Two to four weeks. One conversation away.

Common questions

Questions, answered.

  • How long does a sprint take?

Usually 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff to live, depending on scope. We give you a dated calendar before we start, and we hit it.

  • What does the Foundation cost?

Foundation starts at €2,400. Foundation+ (blog, automations, analytics) starts at €3,900. Flat fee, no hourly billing, no surprise invoices — what we quote is what you pay. VAT added where applicable.

  • What do you need from us?

Brand assets, access to analytics, and one decision-maker available for ~30 minutes a day. That's the entire ask.

  • Do we own the code?

Yes — full repo handoff on launch day, MIT-style internal license, no vendor lock-in. Switch hosts, hire another agency, take it in-house. The site is yours.

  • How is this different from hiring an agency?

We embed with one decision-maker instead of running through account managers. We ship working builds every Friday instead of slide decks. We bill flat instead of by the hour. Smaller team, tighter loop, real outcomes.

  • Who writes the copy?

We do — strategy and copy are baked into the sprint, not bolted on. We interview your team, study your customers, and write the site in your voice. You review and approve every line.

  • What's not included?

Ongoing content production, paid ads management, custom illustrations beyond a small set, and complex backend systems (CRMs, member portals, marketplaces). We'll tell you upfront if your project needs more than the Foundation covers.

  • Can we add features mid-sprint?

Small additions — yes, if scope allows. Big pivots — we'll scope and quote them as a Foundation+ add-on so the original timeline stays honest. We don't quietly absorb scope creep.

  • What stack do you use?

Astro for static-fast pages, React when interactivity demands it, Tailwind for styling, Cloudflare for hosting, and a CMS only if you need one (Sanity or Notion are common picks). Boring stack, sharp opinions on how to use it.

  • What if we need changes after launch?

30 days of aftercare included — small tweaks, copy fixes, bug squashes are on us. After that: retainer, per-task, or your team can ship updates directly. No retainer trap.
