What we did

We rebuilt most of how the business works online.

  • A new website

With pages written for what customers actually search for.

  • A CRM

Every enquiry and order is tracked in it.

  • Online orders and quotes

A customer doesn't have to wait for a call to get a price.

What these numbers don't show

  • Clicks are not sales.

This page counts clicks from Google search, not orders or revenue.

  • The curve has been roughly flat since May.

Fixing a site gives you one big step. Growing past it takes new content, month after month.

  • We can't split the credit.

The chart measures Google clicks only. It doesn't show what each part of the work contributed.

What we take from it

For a small business, the bottleneck is often the website itself, not the ad budget. If Google can't read it and a customer can't get a price from it, everything else helps less than you'd think.

This is our opinion, not a measurement.
