    Check delivered quantities against the purchase order and record where stock is put away.

  2. Pick

    Send a location-based list to the device and confirm the item and quantity at each stop.

  3. Dispatch

    Generate the right carrier label, record the handover, and pass tracking to the order system.

  4. Return

    Inspect returned goods before making them available again. Keep damaged stock separate.

Can this work with our scanners and labels?

We check the scanner input, label format, and devices on the warehouse floor before choosing the interface. A trial includes real scanning, damaged labels, duplicate scans, and the way staff work with gloves or small screens.

What if the warehouse connection drops?

We agree which actions must wait for a connection and whether a local queue is needed. If offline work is in scope, sync status, conflict handling, and safe retries are designed and tested explicitly.

Do we need a new warehouse management system?

Sometimes an integration or a better picking interface is enough. We map where stock is recorded today and what the current system can support before recommending a replacement.
