We review the available interfaces and decide which system owns items, orders, stock, and job status. The first connection is tested with a limited set of records, including rejected updates and retries.

Will this control machinery?

These projects focus on planning, traceability, and operational information. Direct machine control is a separate engineering scope that needs the relevant equipment specialists and validation.

What if our production data is still on paper?

We can begin with one job type and a simple way to record status, quantities, and exceptions. The first trial checks whether the interface fits real working conditions before more data collection is added.
